实木地板使用与维护
- 1 、After the flooring is laid, it needs to be cured for 24 hours before use to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the flooring;
- 2 、It is necessary to frequently open windows for ventilation and maintain indoor air circulation.
- 3 、When using heating or underfloor heating in the autumn and winter seasons in northern regions, the indoor temperature increases and the humidity decreases significantly. When the relative humidity of the air is below 30%, a humidifier is needed to maintain the indoor air humidity at 50% -70%.
- 4 、Daily cleaning can be done by wiping with a wrung out non dripping cotton mop. Using professional cleaning and maintenance products can effectively maintain the original warm texture and natural color of the floor.
- 5 、Soft shoe pads can be placed outside the door to keep the wooden floor clean and dry.
- 6 、Regularly clean the floor and vacuum it to prevent sand or frictional dust from accumulating and damaging the surface of the floor.
- 7 、During daily use, it is important to avoid scratching the floor with metal sharp objects, glass ceramic tiles, shoe studs, and other hard objects. Furniture can be covered with a layer of rubber or special corner pads at the bottom. When moving furniture, it should not be dragged directly on the floor, but should be lifted and placed gently.
- 8 、Do not expose the floor to open flames or place high-power electric heaters directly on the floor: Do not place or come into contact with strong acidic and alkaline substances on the floor.
- 9 、In order to maintain the beauty of solid wood flooring and extend the service life of the paint surface, it is recommended to maintain it once a year with specialized oil or under the guidance of professional personnel, or according to the frequency of use.
- 10 、If there is a large area of water immersion or prolonged immersion in water, if there is visible water retention, it should be promptly dried with a dry cloth, and the floor should be removed and placed in a cool and ventilated place to dry. It is strictly prohibited to use an electric heater to dry or expose to sunlight. After the floor is dried, a floor moisture detector should be used to detect the appropriate moisture content of the floor, floor, keel and other suitable areas before installation.
- 11 、Avoid prolonged exposure of the floor to strong sunlight or rapid temperature fluctuations in the room, which may cause premature aging of the solid wood floor paint surface;

1. It is strictly prohibited to lay geothermal flooring in non geothermal environments.
2. The installation of geothermal flooring must strictly follow the company's standards, and the specific installation standards are as follows:
2.1 Ground (also applicable to ordinary flooring)
(1) Clean, with a height difference of less than 3mm within a 2-meter range of flatness.
(2) Ground moisture content ≤ 10%.
2.2 Waterproof treatment (also applicable to ordinary flooring)
(1) The basement, floor, and walls must be waterproofed and equipped with dehumidification devices.
(2) The floor (all) and sloping walls (50cm high) of the sloping house must be waterproofed.
(3) Rooms adjacent to high humidity environments (such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, flower beds, mop sinks, etc.) must have waterproof walls (50cm high) and floors (50cm wide).
2.3. Laying PE agricultural plastic film on the ground
(1) Overlap 20cm at the joint and seal firmly with transparent tape.
(2) Roll the edge upwards by 10cm and stick it to the wall with transparent tape.
2.4. Laying black geothermal special moisture-proof floor mat
(1) The film on the floor mat must face upwards (with the direction of the text facing upwards).
(2) Tear off the adhesive tape at the overlap of the floor mat, stick it onto another floor mat, and compact and stick it together.
(3) Roll the edge upwards by 10cm and stick it to the wall with transparent tape. (pressed behind the foot line)
2.5 Floor paving
(1) The cut surface of the floor must be sealed with wax.
(2) When the span of the floor is ≥ 5m, a partition must be installed in a suitable position for treatment.
(3) Reserve expansion and contraction joints between the floor and walls (or other fixtures). A. The southern region is 25mm. B. The northern region is 20mm.
(4) Install spring plates with a spacing of about 1 meter.
2.6. Foot line installation
(1) A 30mm wide geothermal specific foot wire must be used.
(2) The fixed point spacing should be ≤ 20cm and should not be in the same straight line.
2.7. When using knowledge, users must be informed
(1) Knowledge of Heating Equipment Operation
A. The floor temperature of the water heating system should not exceed 35 ℃, and the water supply temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
B. The ground temperature of the electric heating system should not exceed 35 ℃, and the electric heating temperature should not exceed 42 ℃.
C. The temperature should be slowly increased or decreased, with a speed not exceeding 3 ℃/24
D. The surface temperature on the floor should not exceed 27 ℃.
(2) Maintain environmental humidity, with a suitable humidity of 60 ± 10% (also applicable to ordinary flooring)
A. When the environmental humidity is ≤ 45%, the environmental humidity should be increased in a timely manner to prevent shrinkage.
B. When the environmental humidity is ≥ 70%, timely ventilation and dehumidification should be carried out to prevent arching.
Especially during the seasons of long-term uninhabited, continuous rainy weather, and alternating warm and cold weather, special attention should be paid.
